"Who says shopping for insurance can't be fun? I was with a different provider and my rates had tripled in 3 years. Made and appointment with Paige at Aubrey Nielsen's office, and we were able to maintain my coverage levels, while reducing my premiums by greater than 50%. "I recently switched from another local agent & their office. This has been a completely different experience working with Aubrey, Paige and Sarah! Aubrey asked that I come into the office to sit down and go over policies and quotes of future needs. I am able to call into the office and speak to a person, but if they are busy then an email or text is accessible. They have saved me a huge amount on policies and coverage. Maybe I’m old school, but a phone call with a live person goes a long way and so does not feeling like a bother."

"Been with Aubrey Nielsen’s State Farm for a few years now, initially I had miscommunications with some of the representatives when I started out with them. However, recently when trying to get my new car insurance and renter’s insurance policies transferred to my new place.
